Your pincode is located on the reverse side of your iSong Card or iTube Card. The code can be revealed by scratching off the scratch panel gently with a coin.

A card is obtained simply by purchasing it directly from the Artist or one of the Artist's Representatives or Resellers. Once purchased, your card will allow you to access and download Media from the Artist's catalogue from whom you purchased.
